This group is really exceptional. They don’t muck up the sound by using vibrato in section playing. A brass section knows not to use vibrato for section playing, a clarinet section doesn’t use vibrato (good tradition on clarinets for that point). Why saxes must overdo the vibrato so frequently… probably to cover up tuning problems.
This group is excellent though, pitch is dead on, and vibrato is not overused. Great !!
